Ingredients
1 pounds Pork
1 small Carrots
1/4 small White onion
1 stalk Celery
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 large Egg
1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Chop the carrot celery and onions. Mix them together and fry for 5 minutes. Put them in a bowl then set aside.
3. In a large bowl, put egg, pork in, add olive oil, salt, black pepper and cumin.
4. Prepare a loaf tin, Shape the meat into a loaf and put all the ingredients in and mix them well with your hands.
5. Bake in the oven for around 20-30 minutes or until cooled through. Then it's ready to served.
