200g brussels sprouts, sliced thinly
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1. Put brussels sprouts into a pan and boil for 1 minute then drain and keep warm
2. In a medium mixing bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Bring brussles sprouts in.
3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle the parmensan cheese cheese and spread the walnuts on top.
