Chocolate Chip Cookie


2 cup Almond flour

1/2 cup Coconut sugar

1/3 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Water

1 tsp Vanilla

1/2 tsp Sea salt

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips


1. Preheat the oven to 340oF and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

2. Find a bowl, add almond flour, coconut sugar, olive oil, water, vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Stir and combine evenly then wait for it to react.

3. Start rolling it into small balls (try to make it as even as possible, use a spoon to scoop if needed).

4. Flatten the cookie with hands. For a more crunchier cookie, make the cookie as flat as you can.

5. Place the cookies in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

6. Take them out from the oven and place the cookies on a cooling rack, leave it for about 10 minutes then ready to eat
