Apple Crisp


2 Apples

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Cinnamon

2 tbsp Oats

15 gm Nuts

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Coconut oil

1 cup of water


1. Get a sweet yet tart apple and preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Wash and slice the apple.

3. Find a bowl, mix the apples with a bit of lemon juice, little water and a teaspoon of cinnamon.

4. Use a pastry cutter to blend all the toppings including oats, nuts.

5. On the prepared baking tray, put some coconut oil and spread the thin layer of the toppings that you just made and bake for around 5 minutes.

6. Use a saucepan over moderate heat, cook the apples for about 5 minutes. If it gets too dry, add some water

7. Place the apples and the toppings on he baking tray and bak until golden brown.
